Welcome to our Private Studio. Please read through our Policies to ensure you have all the information you need before you attend a class or event. Thanks.

1- We start on time. Please ensure you are on time for your classes or events,
not only for your own benefit but as a way to show respect for others.
We end at the scheduled time.

2- Arrive at least 10 minutes earlier to get settled, fill out the necessary
paperwork and have your questions answered.

3- Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes, cologne, strong scented body
lotions or hair products.

4- Please no smelling of tobacco. If you smoke, please wear freshly washed
clothing and don’t smoke before class.

5- We apologize for not being able to accommodate people with severe
environmental sensitivities or allergies.

6- Please always consult your doctor before starting Yoga classes. You will
also need a personal yoga mat. We do not provide mats.

7- Please turn off your cell phone before entering the studio.

8- Please before you sign up or purchase a product, note that all sales of
private classes, events or products (unless they are defective) are final and
non-refundable.

9- Please remove your shoes upon entering and place them in the shoe rack
behind the door. Thank you.

10- If you have any questions or concerns that need to be addressed
